Terms of Service
Superior Schedule is software that is licensed as a service. Please read this agreement carefully. If you do not accept the terms of this agreement, you should not sign up.
This agreement is a non-exclusive license for you, the end user, to use Superior Schedule and its related software and documentation. By using Superior Schedule, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.
You acknowledge that the software and documentation is the property of Superior Schedule, and title and all intellectual property rights embodied in or represented by the software and documentation will remain with Superior Schedule. All rights not expressly granted to you are retained by Superior Schedule.
You may not create derivative works based on the software and documentation. You may not decompile or attempt to reverse engineer the software, unless this is expressly permitted or required by law.
Superior Schedule makes no warranty as to the use, reliability, or performance of the software. In particular, Superior Schedule does not represent that the software and/or documentation are error free, nor does Superior Schedule represent that the software is completely secure or will operate continuously. You assume all risks associated with the quality, performance, reliability, and availability of the software and/or servers that support it. In no event will Superior Schedule be liable to you for any damages arising from your use of the software. You are solely responsible for determining the appropriateness of the software and documentation for your needs.
The term of this agreement will commence upon your use of the software. Either Superior Schedule or you may terminate this agreement at any time. This agreement will terminate immediately, without notice, if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination of this agreement, you must discontinue use of the software.
Superior Schedule may modify the software, documentation, and this agreement without notice to you, or with notice to you via email or by publishing new content to the Ideal Schedules web site.
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Superior Schedule and governs your use of the software and documentation, and supersedes any prior agreements between you and Superior Schedule. If any portion of this agreement is held to be contrary to law, that portion will be changed and interpreted in a way that best accomplishes the objectives of the original provision, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
